根据UL与申请人的协议，除申请人以外，任何人由于使用或信赖本报告内容所引起或涉及的任何损失、开销或惩罚赔偿，UL将不承担任何义务或责任。如没有UL的明确书面许可，除申请人以外，任何人都被禁止使用或涉及UL名称或认证标志。
